What is EA’s history?

EA was founded in 1982 by Trip Hawkins. The company initially produced games for home computers and later expanded to include console games. EA has released a number of popular franchises over the years, including “Madden NFL,” “FIFA,” “The Sims,” and “Need for Speed,” and has also acquired other game developers and publishers to expand its portfolio.
